Where to Find Your Ritual Photos or Video

If you selected photos or a video with your ritual order, your media will be sent after your ritual has been completed and your order feedback has been prepared. Please keep in mind that media is still part of the regular order process and follows the turnaround time connected to the option you selected at checkout.
Due to the high volume of orders with different services, media takes about 4-10 days.
Feedback will always be sent to you after your ritual is completed.
All media will be sent out when ready.
Photos and videos are sent through the order message system on the website. This means the media should come through as a message connected to your order, and it should also be sent to the email address linked to that order. This is usually the email address you entered at checkout or the email connected to your website profile.
If you are waiting for your photos or video, please check the email address used for the order first. Sometimes customers reach out from a different email than the one used at checkout, or there may have been a small typo in the email entered with the order. If I notice an obvious typo, I will usually correct it and let you know, but it is always best to double-check that your order email is correct.
Please also check your spam, junk, promotions, or filtered folders, as order messages and media links can sometimes land there by mistake or get deleted accidentally. It is also worth checking any accidentally deleted emails, especially if some time has passed since the order was completed.
If You Still Cannot Find Your Media
If two to three weeks have passed and you still cannot find your photos or video, and you have already checked your spam, junk, deleted emails, and the correct email account connected to the order, please reach out to me so I can look into it further for you.
In some cases, I may need to check my archives, re-upload the media, and resend it through the order message system. I never want anyone to feel like their media was not sent or that it was forgotten, so please do contact me if you genuinely cannot find it after checking the places listed above.
When reaching out, please include the name used on the order, the email address connected to the order, and the order number. This helps me find the correct order faster and makes it easier for me to confirm where the media was sent in the system dashboard because there sometimes can be glitches or errors due to the size of the file.
A Quick Reminder
Your photos or video will not usually be sent as a separate random email outside of the order process. It is sent through the website order message system and should also arrive through the email connected to your order. For this reason, the most important thing is to make sure you are checking the same email address that was used when the order was placed.
