How to Write Your Intention for Ritual Work

Try: “I intend to strengthen stability, security, and positive opportunities within my career.”

Instead of: “I want this negative energy gone.”

Try: “I intend to clear unwanted energy and strengthen peace, protection, and balance around me.”

Easy Ways to Start Your Intention

You can use wording such as:

My intention is to...I intend to attract greater financial stability and opportunity.

I am ready to receive...I am ready to receive healthy, mutual, and consistent love.

I am open to...I am open to new opportunities that support my growth.

I welcome...I welcome peace, protection, and stability into my home.

I call in...I call in confidence, clarity, and positive opportunities.

I release...I release emotional heaviness and anything preventing me from moving forward.

I want to strengthen...I want to strengthen communication and understanding within this connection.

I want to open the path toward...I want to open the path toward reconciliation and renewed communication.

There is no perfect wording; just listen to your intuition and energy. Clear and direct is best. A simple way to remember it:

Situation: What is happening right now?

Intention: What would you like the ritual to support, attract, strengthen, clear, release, or open?

You can give me the background, but always make sure I also know what you want the work focused on.
