I Need Your Help Protecting The Hour of Witchery’s Work

Many of you may remember the warning I recently sent regarding a fraudulent Etsy shop that was using my original ritual photographs and videos without my permission. That shop is not only using my work in its listings, but is also digitally manipulating my photographs with AI and sending them to paying customers as supposed proof that personalized rituals had been completed.
Several customers of that shop have since contacted me directly. The completion feedback they received has also been identical, copied and pasted word for word, with no individualized information about the ritual they purchased.
For the past two and a half days, I have been investigating Etsy extensively. What I have uncovered is deeply concerning. Etsy has become flooded with AI-generated shops selling spell and ritual services, along with other shops using photographs stolen from genuine spiritual practitioners online, like myself.
During this investigation, I have currently identified five Etsy shops using my original photographs, videos, or digitally manipulated versions of my work:
SpellsAradia
AdelinaSoul
Spells By Lunar
MilenaSpells
Agatha Mystic
So far.
I will also be creating a permanent page on The Hour of Witchery website called ETSY WITCH WARNINGS for the purpose of displaying all spell shops or spiritual pages online that use and/or alter my work. Some of these shops have used AI to remove my business name and website or used AI to add customers' names into the photo.
These shops do not have my permission to use, reproduce, alter, advertise with, or profit from anything belonging to The Hour of Witchery.
I am asking for everyone’s collective help.
When browsing Etsy, Fiverr, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or anywhere else online, please keep an eye out for accounts using my ritual photographs, videos, altar work, or other original content. This includes images that may have been cropped, had my branding removed, or been manipulated with AI to add names, pieces of paper, objects, or other elements.
Most of my original work can be found through my official Instagram and TikTok accounts. I am currently most active on Instagram, and I also maintain an official Facebook presence. I do not actively operate ritual shops or service accounts anywhere else other than my direct website.
When you find something suspicious, please:
Take clear screenshots showing the shop or account name.
Save the direct link to the listing, post, video, or profile.
Take screenshots of the entire listing whenever possible.
Send everything to me privately so I can compare it with my original work and add it to the appropriate evidence file.
Please also report any listings or shops that you personally observe using my work. Reports should be truthful and based on what you can see in the listing. Do not contact, threaten, or harass the sellers. I need the evidence preserved and properly reported, not removed before it can be documented.
I have worked incredibly hard to build The Hour of Witchery and create every ritual, reading, spiritual service, photograph, video, listing, and piece of content associated with this business. I will continue taking action to protect that work. My work.
More importantly, I want to protect the people purchasing these services. Buyers are trusting photographs and videos as evidence that real, personalized ritual work is being completed. When stolen or AI-manipulated images are presented as proof, vulnerable customers are being deliberately misled.
Etsy’s own policies prohibit the sale of spells and ritual services, yet these shops have been allowed to operate, collect thousands of sales, use stolen intellectual property, and continue profiting. In my experience throughout this situation, Etsy has failed to respond with the urgency required to protect its buyers or enforce its own published rules. Etsy also financially benefits from every sale permitted through its platform.
This has gone far beyond one shop. I already have evidence involving five separate Etsy shops with my work, and I strongly believe there may be more.
Please help me remain vigilant. Even one screenshot, listing link, or suspicious image could help identify another unauthorized use of my work and protect someone from being misled.
The Hour of Witchery means the world to me, all the years of endless energy and work into what I have built. Thank you to everyone who has already contacted me, shared evidence, reported listings, or helped bring attention to what is happening.
Avanjia,
The Hour of Witchery
