If you contact me or place an order, you will always hear from me.

If you feel you have not received a response within 24-48 hours, there is a reason for that, and in most cases, it has nothing to do with being ignored.

Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Email providers frequently filter messages incorrectly. In many cases, feedback emails, media, order responses, and even replies to first-time inquiries are sent straight to spam or junk folders without notice.

If you have:

• Reached out through the chat

• Used the contact form

• Placed an order and are waiting for feedback

• Asked a question regarding services or your order

Please check your spam or junk folder carefully.

This is the number one reason people believe they have not heard back from me, when in reality, a response has already been sent.

First-Time Messages & Contact Details

If you are reaching out for the first time through the contact form or chat, please make sure:

• Your email address is entered correctly

• You are checking the same email you provided

If an email address is incorrect or unreachable, I have no way to respond.

Messages Without Context Will Be Ignored

To keep communication efficient and protected from spam, please note the following:

Messages that contain only:

• “Hello” and "Hi"

• A few random words

• No context

• No email address

• No reference to an order or request

…will be ignored and flagged as spam.

If you need assistance, guidance, or are following up on an order, please include:

• Clear context for why you are contacting me

• Any relevant order information, if applicable

• The best email address to reach you

Detailed messages allow me to assist you accurately, efficiently, and respectfully.
