This post is being shared as an important clarification regarding ritual media, feedback, and communication.
All ritual photos, videos, and written feedback for ALL services completed in 2025 have now been sent out. This includes all rituals, readings, and services completed this year.
If you believe you are missing something, please complete the steps below before contacting me.
CHECK YOUR SPAM / JUNK FOLDER
A very large number of messages I receive are from people who have not checked their spam or junk folder. Due to increased website traffic and new system updates, emails from The Hour of Witchery may initially be filtered as spam.
Please search for emails from:
Once you find one, click “Not Spam” or “Not Junk” so future emails arrive in your inbox.
I do not have control over individual email providers or spam filtering systems.
CHECK THE WEBSITE CHAT

If your feedback or media was sent through the website chat system, you must be signed into your account to view past messages. Messages will not appear if you are not logged in.
READ THE “READ THIS” SECTION ON THE WEBSITE
The flashing “READ THIS” section at the top of the website.
If you are reading this, you are currently in that section!
It answers very frequently common questions, including:
Where to send photos or information
Where feedback is delivered
What to expect after placing an order
What to do when placing an order
Many of the questions I receive daily are already answered clearly in this section. Reviewing it first allows you to get answers much faster.
CHECK THAT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT ON YOUR ACCOUNT
Many customers who cannot locate their feedback or media are contacting me from an email address different from the one used on their website account or order.
I will only send feedback and media to the email listed on your account profile.
I do not track, store, or manage multiple email addresses per customer.
It is your responsibility to ensure your email is correct and up to date.
Due to the high volume of orders and new members, following these steps first helps everything run smoothly and allows me to work more efficiently for everyone.
