Where to Find Your Ritual & Reading Feedback

If you have recently purchased a ritual, reading, or any service that includes written feedback (such as guidance or other packages), this post is important for you to read.
After every completed service, I always send detailed written feedback. This feedback confirms that your work has been completed and provides insight into the energy, results, and guidance connected to your order. Some customers have had difficulty locating this feedback, so I want to clearly explain where it is sent and how to find it.
Where Your Feedback Is Delivered
All written feedback is sent through the website chat system. This means that even if you do not receive an email, your feedback is still available to you directly on the website.
To find it, you will need to:
Log into the website
Open the chat window
Scroll up through the conversation; All messages are dated, so you can easily locate the most recent feedback.
About Email Delivery
If you provided an email address when placing your order and you are signed up on the website (free), your feedback is sent in two places:
The website chat
The email address you provided
If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. This is very common, and many customers discover their feedback there. Sometimes these emails are missed or accidentally deleted if the spam folder is not checked.
Signing up on the website is important because it allows the system to properly deliver your feedback to both the chat and your email.
Important Reassurance
You will always hear back from me after a service is purchased. I have never failed to complete work that someone has ordered and paid for. If you do not immediately see your feedback, it does not mean the work was not completed. It simply means it is located either:

In your email spam folder
