A Quick Note on Respect & Communication

I am grateful to work with my incredible clients from all over the world and when someone new crosses my path every day. The vast majority of people who come to me are kind, respectful, and genuinely appreciative of the work that I do. Because of that, situations involving disrespect or negative communication are extremely rare. In fact, they happen maybe once a year at most, but due to a surge of new people coming my way, I am bound to run into a couple of unfortunate experiences due to unnecessary attitude, sheer rudeness, and demanding behavior. Again, very rare, but it has happened.

I am here to help you. I am here to guide you, work with your intentions, and share my practice with those who genuinely value and respect it. This is something I choose to do with my 30+ years of experience in my own practices. It is not something I am obligated to offer, and it is not something I take lightly.

When you place an order through my website, you are entering a space that I have carefully created over many years. Every section of the website exists for a reason. The policies, the FAQ, the ritual page, and the Read This section are all there to help answer questions and provide clarity before and after you order.

Much of the information people ask about is already explained clearly on the website, often in multiple places.

Because of this, it is not acceptable to place an order and then direct passive-aggressive comments, unnecessary demanding attitude, or negative energy regarding something that is already clearly stated on the site or has already been shared with you. When someone chooses not to read the available information and then responds with frustration or rudeness, that energy is being directed at the wrong person.

I do not deserve that, and I will not tolerate it. I am a human and rest like one. I have hours, turnaround times, or delay notices for a reason. I am not an automated system, I am not AI, I am not a 24-hour direct assistance robot. I acknowledge that a lot of people come to me when they are dealing with difficult parts of their life, healing from trauma, or dealing with some negative impact within their life path, but I am not your punching bag.

I take my time, energy, and focus to work with the intentions people bring to me. I read and respond to every single message personally, and I perform the work myself. That means respectful communication matters. If you ever have a question or feel unsure about something, clear and kind communication is always welcome.

It is also important to understand that when you break communication, refuse to communicate clearly, or choose to be rude or disrespectful toward the person you have asked to help you spiritually and energetically, you are only jeopardizing yourself.

You are creating unnecessary tension, barriers, and negative energy where it does not need to exist. If you have every opportunity to reach out, ask questions, and communicate properly, but instead choose attitude, assumptions, or disrespect, that is not on me. That is on you. So if you choose to self-sabotage a situation by handling it poorly, especially without even attempting proper communication first, then you need to take responsibility for that, whether it be within this realm or the spiritual and energetic realm.

Kindness and clarity go a very long way. You are always welcome to simply reach out and ask. I am happy to help direct you toward the services that best fit your situation, clarify something on the website, or answer a question if something is unclear.

I will be direct and assertive if your rudeness toward me isn't warranted. Be sure you are 100% before giving me a label. If you direct your attitude toward me or are disrespectful toward me, my practices, my business, or policies, you will likely not like my response to you in return. I will never be unprofessional, but I will call out the situation, behavior, and energy being thrown at me. If that makes me “unfriendly” in your experience, please reassess your situation and acknowledge what could have been avoided, and how kind and gentle communication is more effective, especially toward the one who's trying to help you.

If someone finds themselves questioning the legitimacy of my work or expressing distrust after ordering, then the honest reality is that they likely should not have placed the order in the first place. Trust and respect are essential for this type of work, and creating unnecessary tension or negative energy with the person you have asked to help you serves no one. If you ever feel uncertain about something before or after ordering, please take the time to read the information provided or simply reach out and kindly ask. Please view my other articles and take your time to read through my website, who I am, and what I stand for within my business.

My goal has always been to create a space where people feel supported, understood, and guided. Maintaining that environment requires mutual respect between both sides.

If you are here with good intentions, open communication, and respect for the work being offered, then you are absolutely welcome here. Again, this is not something I have run into often through the years, as I truly do have an amazing client base all around the world, but creating these boundaries of respect and communication is important for me and my business, for when I do cross paths with someone who wants to be more difficult or has a complex or negative attitude in general.

And for the wonderful clients over the many years I have offered my practice online who already embody that energy, I sincerely appreciate you.

Blessings,

Avanjia
