There is a quiet difference between intuition and urgency, and learning to tell them apart is one of the most important skills on a spiritual path.
Intuition is calm. Even when it brings uncomfortable truth, it does not rush you or pressure you. It feels steady, grounded, and clear, like a knowing that sits in your body rather than your thoughts. You might not like what it says, but it does not feel chaotic. It does not shout.
Urgency, on the other hand, feels loud. It feels panicked. It tells you that you must act right now or something bad will happen.
