Designed to support both learning and personal exploration, these courses provide structured guidance for deepening practice, expanding awareness, and developing understanding. All courses are fully online and self-paced, with thoughtfully written lessons to read, review, and return to at your own rhythm.

 

Each course consists of 5–7 structured units, with multiple lessons in each unit and a 10-question quiz at the end; upon successful completion, students receive a digital certificate of completion.
