Community Sabbat Altar Contribution
You may send an approved offering to become part of The Hour of Witchery Community Sabbat Altar for one of the eight Sabbats.
Your contribution may be placed within the seasonal altar space and included as part of the spiritual atmosphere, symbolism, and community energy surrounding the Sabbat.
Suitable contributions may include:
- Handwritten notes or prayers
- Artwork or poems
- Seasonal altar décor
- Dried flowers
- Candles
- Small handmade objects
- Photographs or copies of photographs
- Symbols of remembrance
- Small spiritual gifts
- Other seasonally appropriate altar items
After the Sabbat, items may be kept, reused in future spiritual work, archived, or respectfully disposed of depending on the nature of the contribution.
What I Need From You
Before mailing anything, please provide:
- Your name
- Which Sabbat the offering is intended for
- A description and photo of the item
- Any meaning, intention, dedication, or story connected to it
- Whether the contribution is intended for remembrance, gratitude, celebration, seasonal symbolism, or another purpose
All Sabbat offerings must be approved before mailing.
How the Contribution Process Works
Once your offering has been reviewed and accepted, you will privately receive The Hour of Witchery's business mailing address and shipping instructions.
Please do not send anything until you have received approval.
All shipping costs are the contributor's responsibility. Tracked shipping is required. Any insurance, customs fees, duties, tariffs, brokerage charges, taxes, or other carrier/government charges are also the sender's responsibility.

IMPORTANT MAIL-IN INFORMATION
Sabbat offerings are voluntary gifts to The Hour of Witchery and are not purchases of spiritual services or charitable donations.
Once received, the offering may be used, displayed, archived, reused, or respectfully disposed of according to its nature and the Sabbat it was contributed for.
Acceptance does not guarantee that an item will be displayed, photographed, featured publicly, or placed on the altar for any specific length of time.
Please do not send irreplaceable originals, exceptionally valuable items, food, liquids, fresh plant material, hazardous materials, or anything prohibited under the Mail-In Witchery policies.
The Hour of Witchery is not responsible for contributions that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or damaged while in transit.
The private mailing address is authorized only for your approved contribution and may not be shared, published, distributed, reused, or provided to another person.
