For seven days only, The Hour of Witchery is giving one eligible participant the chance to receive $200 CAD in The Hour of Witchery credit.

And entering couldn't be easier.

ENTRY IS COMPLETELY FREE.

There are no purchase tiers, no additional entries for spending and no purchase required to participate.

Every eligible participant receives one entry into the final draw.

Purchasing from The Hour of Witchery during Witchery Week will not provide additional entries or increase your chances of winning.

To participate, you must be 21 years of age or older, maintain a free registered The Hour of Witchery website account, and submit the official Giveaway Entry Form during the Giveaway Period.

By entering the Witch Week Contest, each entrant acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Official Contest Rules.

The Witchery Week Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored and administered by The Hour of Witchery (“Sponsor”).

The Sponsor is responsible for administration of the Contest and fulfillment of the prize.

CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on:

September 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Mountain Time (“MT”)

and closes on:

September 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT

(the “Contest Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period are not eligible.

The Sponsor's website records and electronic systems will determine the official time an entry is received.

ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open internationally to eligible individuals 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, except in jurisdictions where participation in the Contest or receipt of the prize is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

Entrants must otherwise be legally permitted to participate in the Contest and receive the prize in their jurisdiction of residence.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, contractors, representatives or agents directly involved in administering the Contest, and members of their immediate household, are not eligible.

The Sponsor may request reasonable information necessary to verify the eligibility, identity, age or country of residence of a potential winner.

FREE WEBSITE ACCOUNT

Entrants must maintain a free registered account with The Hour of Witchery.

The name and email address submitted through the Contest Entry Form must correspond with the entrant's registered website account.

Website registration is free.

No purchase is required to create an account or participate in the Contest.

Consent to receive unrelated promotional or marketing communications is not required as a condition of entering the Contest.

The account requirement exists for Contest administration, entrant verification and application of the $200 CAD prize credit to the confirmed winner's account.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Contest Period, an eligible entrant may participate by completing and submitting the official Witch Week Contest Entry Form available through The Hour of Witchery website.

A valid entry must contain the entrant's accurate:

Full name
Email address associated with their registered account
Country of residence
Required eligibility confirmations

There is no charge to submit the Contest Entry Form.

LIMIT: ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.

Each eligible person may receive a maximum of one entry during the Contest Period.

Purchasing products or services from The Hour of Witchery does not provide additional entries and does not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

DUPLICATE OR INVALID ENTRIES

Duplicate entries are not permitted.

Creating or using multiple accounts, email addresses, identities, Contest Codes, or other methods to obtain more than one entry is prohibited.

Automated, bot-generated, fraudulent, false, incomplete, duplicate, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

If multiple submissions are received from the same person, the Sponsor may retain the first valid submission and disregard subsequent submissions, or disqualify entries where there is reasonable evidence of an attempt to circumvent the Official Contest Rules.

PRIZE

There is one prize available.

ONE $200 CAD THE HOUR OF WITCHERY CREDIT

Approximate retail value: $200 CAD.

The prize will be applied directly to the confirmed winner's registered The Hour of Witchery account.

The prize:

has no cash value;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred;
cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases; and
may only be used toward eligible future purchases from The Hour of Witchery, subject to the normal terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements applicable to those services.

The prize credit must be redeemed within 90 days from the date it is issued, after which any unused balance will expire.

If a purchase exceeds the winner's available credit, the winner is responsible for paying the remaining balance.

No fee or purchase is required to receive the prize.

ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Each eligible entry included in the final draw has an equal chance of being randomly selected.

Purchasing from The Hour of Witchery does not affect the odds of winning.

WINNER SELECTION

Following the close of the Contest Period, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

The random selection is expected to take place on or about September 8, 2026.

Selection as the potential winner does not constitute final confirmation of winning.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their Contest entry and registered The Hour of Witchery account.

The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the Sponsor's initial notification unless otherwise permitted by the Sponsor.

The potential winner may be required to provide reasonable information necessary to confirm their identity, age, country of residence, account ownership and eligibility.

If the potential winner does not respond within the required period, cannot be reasonably verified, is determined to be ineligible or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Contest Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and another potential winner randomly selected.

PRIZE FULFILLMENT

Once eligibility has been verified and all applicable winner requirements have been completed, the potential winner will be declared the official winner.

The $200 CAD The Hour of Witchery credit will then be applied to the winner's registered account within a reasonable period, normally within five business days following confirmation.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Entrants are responsible for ensuring that information supplied in connection with the Contest is complete, truthful and accurate.

An entry may be disqualified where false, misleading, incomplete or conflicting information prevents the Sponsor from reasonably verifying the entrant or their eligibility.

Entrants are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with their entry and registered account.

PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Contest will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer the Contest, verify eligibility and entries, contact a potential winner, prevent fraud or abuse, fulfill the prize and meet applicable legal obligations.

Participation in the Contest does not itself constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.

Any optional marketing subscription will be handled separately.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with The Hour of Witchery Privacy Policy and applicable law.

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND CONTEST INTEGRITY

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that cannot reasonably be received or verified because of technical failures, internet outages, website malfunction or circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.

The Sponsor may disqualify any person who attempts to manipulate, interfere with, abuse or compromise the administration, security or fairness of the Contest.

If fraud, technical failure or another circumstance beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the Contest, the Sponsor may take reasonable steps to protect the integrity of the Contest, subject to applicable law.

SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Contest is sponsored solely by The Hour of Witchery.

It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Wix or any other social-media or third-party platform through which the Contest may be promoted.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The Sponsor may announce the confirmed winner's first name and country of residence for the limited purpose of announcing the Contest result.

The Sponsor will not publicly disclose the winner's email address, street address or other private account information.

APPLICABLE LAW

The Contest is administered from Alberta, Canada and is subject to applicable Canadian and Alberta law.

Entrants are eligible only where participation and prize fulfillment are permitted under applicable law in their jurisdiction.

The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted.

ACCEPTANCE OF RULES

Participation in the Contest constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules.

The Sponsor's reasonable decisions concerning entry verification, eligibility and Contest administration are final, subject to applicable law.

COMPLETE RULES

These Official Contest Rules govern the Witch Week Contest.

If abbreviated promotional material differs from these Rules, these Rules will govern to the extent permitted by applicable law, provided that no promotional representation may override rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
