Personal Tokens of Appreciation
Gifts are never expected, but if you feel genuinely drawn to send a personal token of appreciation to Avanjia, you are welcome to request approval to do so through The Hour of Witchery’s private business mailing address.
This may include small handmade items, artwork, cards, books, spiritual gifts, meaningful keepsakes, or other appropriate personal items.
What I Need From You
Before mailing anything, please provide:
- Your name
- A brief description of what you would like to send
- A photo of the item if applicable
- Approximate size
- Any short note or meaning you would like attached to the gift
All personal gifts must be approved before mailing.
How the Contribution Process Works
Once approved, you will privately receive The Hour of Witchery's business mailing address and shipping instructions.
Please do not send anything until you have received approval.
All shipping costs are the sender’s responsibility. Tracked shipping is required. Any insurance, customs fees, duties, tariffs, brokerage charges, taxes, or other carrier/government charges are also the sender’s responsibility.

Personal gifts are entirely voluntary and are never required in order to receive services, preferential treatment, discounts, faster service, or any other benefit from The Hour of Witchery.
Accepted gifts become the property of the recipient and are generally not returned.
Please do not send exceptionally valuable, irreplaceable, unsafe, prohibited, or overly personal items.
Acceptance of a gift does not guarantee a personal reply, public acknowledgment, feature, or future use.
The Hour of Witchery is not responsible for gifts that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or damaged while in transit.
The private mailing address is authorized only for your approved contribution and may not be shared, published, distributed, reused, or provided to another person.
