This page documents Etsy shops and other online sellers that I have connected through direct evidence to the unauthorized use of original photographs, videos, ritual work, or other content belonging to The Hour of Witchery.

Evidence may include original publication records, archived listings, screenshots, customer submissions, and side-by-side comparisons showing the same ritual arrangements, candles, crystals, wax formations, backgrounds, camera angles, and other identifying details.

The inclusion of a shop on this page means that I have documented its unauthorized use, alteration, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of my original work. In some cases, identifying information connected to The Hour of Witchery was removed. In other cases, photographs appear to have been digitally or artificially altered before being used in listings or presented to customers as proof of completed ritual services.

This page is limited to conduct that I can support with evidence. I am not claiming that every transaction completed by every listed shop has been independently investigated. Any customer experiences, messages, photographs, or order information submitted to me will be clearly identified as customer-provided information unless I have independently verified the relevant details myself.

This page exists for consumer awareness, copyright documentation, the protection of my original work, and the preservation of an accurate record of what occurred. It is not an invitation to contact, threaten, harass, impersonate, review-bomb, publicly shame, or attempt to identify the individuals operating these shops.

Anyone submitting evidence must provide truthful and unaltered information. Customer identities, order information, private correspondence, photographs, and other identifying details will not be publicly shared without separate permission. Payment details, addresses, and unrelated personal information should be removed before anything is submitted.

Accountability and Permanent Documentation

Once a shop is added to this page, the documented record of its unauthorized use of The Hour of Witchery’s work may remain available as a historical account of what occurred. Removing a listing, changing a shop name, deleting an account, or closing a shop does not erase the original conduct or the evidence preserved here.​

Using another practitioner’s photographs, videos, ritual work, or creative content as your own is a betrayal of the original creator and every customer who trusted what they were shown. Altering that work and presenting it as proof of services is not harmless. It damages legitimate practitioners, misleads buyers, and undermines trust throughout the spiritual community.

This page exists so that documented conduct is not hidden, forgotten, or repeated. Accountability begins with honesty, the removal of unauthorized material, and meaningful corrective action.

The Hour of Witchery is not affiliated with Etsy and does not control Etsy’s investigations, enforcement decisions, account actions, refunds, or reporting procedures. Shop and listing statuses will be updated when reasonably possible, but archived evidence will remain available even after a listing or account is removed.
