Permanent Paranormal Object Surrender
Have an unusual, mysterious, or allegedly haunted object that you no longer wish to keep?
You may apply to permanently surrender the object to The Hour of Witchery's private paranormal collection for future spiritual and paranormal study.
Accepted items may include dolls, jewelry, antiques, figurines, boxes, photographs, divination tools, spiritual or religious objects, inherited pieces, unusual thrifted finds, and other objects with an unexplained or paranormal history.
Once accepted, the object may be stored, documented, photographed, spiritually investigated, cleansed, used during paranormal research, or featured in future The Hour of Witchery content.
What I Need From You
Before anything is mailed, please provide:
- Your name
- Photos of the object
- A description of the object
- How and when you acquired it
- Any known history
- Paranormal or unexplained activity you associate with it
- Approximate size and weight
- Anything else you believe is important for me to know
Every paranormal object must be reviewed and approved before it is mailed. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance.
How the Contribution Process Works
Once your contribution request has been reviewed and approved, you will privately receive The Hour of Witchery's business mailing address and shipping instructions.
Do not ship an object until you have received written approval.
All costs associated with sending the object are the sender's responsibility, including tracked shipping, insurance if desired, customs fees, duties, tariffs, brokerage charges, taxes, or other carrier/government charges.
Haunted & Paranormal Object Contributions
IMPORTANT MAIL-IN INFORMATION
This is a permanent surrender. Once the accepted object is received by The Hour of Witchery, you voluntarily transfer ownership of the object to The Hour of Witchery without expectation of payment, compensation, or return.
The Hour of Witchery is not required to investigate, display, cleanse, use, publish, or feature an accepted object within any particular timeframe.
If an object or its story is featured publicly, identifying information about the contributor will remain private unless separate permission has been provided.
Tracked shipping is required. The Hour of Witchery is not responsible for objects lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or damaged while in transit.
You must be the lawful owner of the object or otherwise have legal authority to permanently surrender it.
Contributions are voluntary gifts to a privately owned business and are not charitable donations or eligible for charitable tax receipts.
The private mailing address is authorized only for your approved contribution and may not be shared, published, distributed, reused, or provided to another person.
The Hour of Witchery reserves the right to refuse any object that is unsafe, unsanitary, prohibited, unsuitable, materially different from what was approved, or otherwise inappropriate for the collection.
Before submitting or mailing anything, please read the complete Mail-In Witchery and Gifts, Offerings & Contributions policies, shipping requirements, privacy information, prohibited-item guidelines, and applicable disclaimers.
