At The Hour of Witchery, I am dedicated to providing high-quality services and products that are crafted with intention and care. Due to the unique and personalized nature of these offerings, I have a strict no-refund and no-return policy. All sales are final.

Customized Rituals and Readings

Each customized ritual and reading is specifically tailored to the individual needs and intentions of the clients. The time, energy, and materials invested in these services are significant, and therefore, I do not offer refunds or accept returns for any rituals or readings provided. All sales are final. No exchanges of spells and no transfers.

Spiritual Coaching and Wiccan Academy

The spiritual coaching sessions and Wiccan Academy courses are designed to offer valuable insights and guidance. Once a session or course has be paid for and has been begun, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.

If you are caught giving the course code to anyone else, you will be removed from the course permanently with no refund.

Handmade Items

The handmade items are crafted with meticulous care and intention. Due to their personalized nature, I do not accept returns or offer refunds on any handmade products once they have been shipped out.

Downloadable Content

All downloadable content, including e-books, guides, DIY rituals, recipes, affirmations and other digital products, is non-refundable and non-returnable once the purchase has been made. Please ensure that you review the product description and details carefully before making a purchase. You CAN NOT resell any content from The Hour of Witchery online or offline.

Final Sale

All products and services provided by The Hour of Witchery are considered final sale. I do not offer refunds or returns on any items or services once they have been delivered or shipped.

Customer Satisfaction

While I do not offer refunds or returns, your satisfaction is important to me. If you have any concerns or issues with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item or service. I will do my best to address your concerns and find a satisfactory solution, offer solutions or additional services, or give basic spiritual advice.

Once your order has been completed and your package has been shipped out, it is in the hands of the postal service.

I provide tracking information for all orders to help you keep track of your package.

Postal Delays

Any delays in postal delivery are beyond my control. While I ensure that your package is shipped promptly, I cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service.

Worldwide Shipping

I do offer worldwide shipping. However, please keep in mind that shipping costs outside of Canada and the United States can be very expensive. Be sure to review the shipping costs at checkout before finalizing your order.
