All merchandise sold through The Hour of Witchery is made-to-order specifically for each customer at the time the order is placed. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.

The Hour of Witchery does not accept:
• returns
• exchanges
• cancellations
• refunds for buyer’s remorse
• refunds due to incorrect sizing selections
• refunds due to delayed shipping caused by carriers or customs

Please carefully review sizing charts, product descriptions, colors, and order details before completing your purchase.

Because all items are produced individually upon ordering, orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted into production.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• your order number
• clear photos of the issue
• photos of the packaging if applicable

If the issue is verified, a replacement or resolution may be offered at no additional cost.

Please note:

• slight print placement variations may occur
• colors may vary slightly depending on monitor/device settings
• production and shipping times may vary depending on provider demand, holidays, weather, or carrier delays

Please note that all apparel, mugs, banners, flags, tote bags, decor pieces, and merchandise within this collection are made and shipped through a trusted third-party production partner located in the United States. These items are created specifically for each order and are not handmade or shipped directly by me from my personal inventory.

Because of this, production times, printing delays, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, and delivery timelines are outside of my direct control once the order has been submitted for fulfillment. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on product type, order volume, holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions.

If your order includes handmade items, ritual products, jewelry, mystery boxes, or other items personally created and shipped by me, those may arrive separately from print collection merchandise.
