Give a Meaningful Tool a New Home
Some spiritual tools hold years of practice, memory, and personal meaning. If you have a tarot deck, pendulum, altar bell, cauldron, runes, ritual tool, or other spiritual item that you no longer use but do not want to simply discard, you may apply to retire it with The Hour of Witchery.
Accepted tools may be spiritually cleansed, documented, preserved, reused within my personal practice, incorporated into ritual work, or added to The Hour of Witchery’s private collection.
What I Need From You
Before mailing anything, please provide:
- Your name
- What spiritual tool you would like to retire
- A photo of the item
- How long you have owned or worked with it
- Any history or meaning connected to it
- Approximate size and condition
All retired spiritual tools must be approved before mailing.
How the Contribution Process Works
Once your contribution has been reviewed and accepted, you will privately receive The Hour of Witchery's business mailing address and shipping instructions.
Please do not send anything until you have received approval.
All shipping costs are the contributor's responsibility. Tracked shipping is required. Any insurance, customs fees, duties, tariffs, brokerage charges, taxes, or other carrier/government charges are also the sender's responsibility.
Retire a Spiritual Tool
IMPORTANT MAIL-IN INFORMATION
Retired spiritual tools are voluntary permanent contributions to The Hour of Witchery and are not charitable donations or purchases of a service.
Once accepted and received, the item becomes the property of The Hour of Witchery and is generally not returned.
The Hour of Witchery may cleanse, preserve, use, display, document, photograph, store, repurpose, or otherwise incorporate the tool into its private collection or spiritual practice.
Acceptance does not guarantee that the tool will be used, displayed, featured publicly, or incorporated into any particular ritual.
You must own the item or have lawful authority to permanently contribute it.
Please do not send irreplaceable, exceptionally valuable, unsafe, contaminated, or prohibited items.
The Hour of Witchery is not responsible for contributions that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or damaged while in transit.
The private mailing address is authorized only for your approved contribution and may not be shared, published, distributed, reused, or provided to another person.
