Correspondence, Stories & Community Archive Contributions
If The Hour of Witchery has been part of your spiritual journey, you are welcome to send something for the growing Witchery Archive.
This space is for the letters, stories, artwork, photographs, and personal pieces that reflect the community surrounding The Hour of Witchery over the years. These contributions may be preserved as part of a physical archive documenting the people, experiences, and stories that have become part of its history.
You may send:
- Thank-you letters
- Stories about your spiritual journey
- Stories about your experience with The Hour of Witchery
- Artwork or illustrations
- Photos of your altar or spiritual practice
- Handmade cards
- Book-related correspondence
- Poems or written reflections
- Other meaningful paper-based contributions
What I Need From You
Before mailing, please provide:
- Your name
- A brief description of what you would like to send
- Whether you would like your name included with the archived piece
- Whether the contribution is private or whether you would be open to being contacted for permission if I ever wish to share it publicly
All contributions must be approved before mailing.
How the Contribution Process Works
Once approved, you will privately receive The Hour of Witchery's business mailing address and shipping instructions.
Please do not send anything until you have received approval.
All shipping costs are the contributor's responsibility. Tracked shipping is required. Any insurance, customs fees, duties, tariffs, brokerage charges, taxes, or other carrier/government charges are also the sender's responsibility.
Letters to The Witchery
IMPORTANT MAIL-IN INFORMATION
Letters and archive contributions are voluntary gifts to The Hour of Witchery and are not charitable donations or purchases of a service.
Accepted materials may be retained within The Witchery Archive indefinitely and are generally not returned.
Please send copies rather than irreplaceable original photographs, documents, artwork, or other one-of-a-kind materials.
Submitting something to the archive does not automatically give The Hour of Witchery permission to publicly publish your personal story, name, photograph, or private correspondence. Separate permission will be requested if I ever wish to feature identifiable material publicly.
Please avoid including highly sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the contribution.
A contribution does not guarantee a personal reply, public feature, or inclusion in any particular future project.
The Hour of Witchery is not responsible for contributions that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or damaged while in transit.
The private mailing address is authorized only for your approved contribution and may not be shared, published, distributed, reused, or provided to another person.
