SHIPPING
The Hour of Witchery is not responsible for shipping delays, customs fees, lost, stolen, or damaged orders. There will be no free replacements or refunds. Please use at your own risk. Herbs and Botanicals are perishable and/or expire and therefore are non-refundable/non-returnable, guaranteeing freshness and quality.
Your herbs will be shipped in a mailer or box, depending on the size of the overall order. Herbs will be mailed with standard shipping, NO tracking. If your package is lost or stolen, The Hour of Witchery is not responsible. If you insist to have tracking on your order, it will be around $12-$18, depending on where you are located. All orders are shipped through Canada Post only.
If you purchase more than just herbs or the overall order is larger than a standard mailer, you may be given complimentary tracking.

CAUTION
When burning charcoal discs, do not touch the disc once it is lit. Do not attempt to move the charcoal or the charcoal burner. Once the charcoal tablet is ignited both the tablet and the burner will be hot and will burn you. Never leave burning charcoal discs, active flames, candles, or burning herbs unattended.
